【来源】
为桑科植物桑的鲜叶，摘破叶脉后渗出的白色液汁。植物形态详"桑叶"条。
【性味】
《纲目拾遗》："性微寒，味苦。"
【功用主治】
治痈疖，瘿瘤，外伤出血，蜈蚣咬伤。 ①《别录》："解蜈蚣毒。" ②《本草拾遗》："研取白汁，合金疮，又主小儿吻疮。" ③《纲目拾遗》："天丝入眼，以此点之。"
【用法与用量】
外用：涂敷或点眼。
【选方】
①治小石疖(今人呼为扎马疔)：采二蚕桑叶滴下滋水，点上。(《经验单方》) ②消瘿瘤：蝌蚪一钱，蛇蜕(泥球包，煅为末)三分，鬼馒头滋干一钱，桑滋干一钱，乳香、没药各三分，麝香一分。共为细末，饭和捣为锭。临用时再取鬼馒头滋化开，以鸡翎搽患处。(《王秋泉家秘》) ③治乳痈：用桑叶(不拘头二叶)，摘去半段，取后半段脂三分，黄柏八钱，水煎干，止用三分，饭锅蒸一次；夜露一宿，涂患处，能收口。(《集听方》)
