The miniature VPSA purge-to-product process was studied by experiments and the effects of operating parameters,such as purge-to-product,resistance of throttle,product flow rate on the product(purity) were investigated.

This paper discusses the possibility with CO2,which is generated in methanol washing section of methanol plant,instead of N2 as carrier of pulverized coal & counter-blow gas for Shell gasification unit,and puts forward some countermeasures for the problems and difficulties that may hurdle its execution.
