性质:深冲钢板是指供汽车、拖拉机和搪瓷等工业深冲压复杂零件用的热轧的冷轧薄钢板,钢种为含碳量最低的优质碳素结构钢08、08F和08AI。钢板表面质量要求较高,通常分Ⅰ、Ⅱ(热轧)、Ⅲ(冷轧)组。厚度精度也分A、B、C三级。按照冲压件的复杂程度,深冲板还分ZF、HF、F三种拉延级别。冷轧深冲板的公称厚变为0.50-3.0毫米,宽500-1500毫米,长500-4000毫米。另一种也供冲制器皿、器具和结构件的钢板,是经过退火和酸洗交货的,叫酸洗薄钢板,厚度在0.25-2毫米之间。
