性质:楔角(V带两个侧面之夹角)为40°,相对高度为0.9,由包布层、伸张胶层、强力层和压缩胶层等部分组成。强力层由多层涂胶帘布或单排浸胶线绳组成。带顶面宽与带高之比为1.1~1.2,带宽较普通V带缩小了约1/3,故横向刚度大。带顶呈弓形,使绳芯受力时仍保持排列整齐,因而受力均匀,充分发挥每根线绳的作用。强力层线绳排放位置稍高,带两侧呈内凹形,其强力层和压缩胶层之间设置一层定向纤维胶片。由于结构上的特点,在相同的速度下,传动能力比普通V带可提高0.5~1.5倍。而在传动功率相同时,窄V带的结构尺寸较普通V带减少50%,使用寿命明显延长,极限速度可达40~50m/s,传动效率可达90%~97%。此外使用窄V带可使传动中心距缩短,带轮宽度减少,广泛用于各种动力传递。
