【性状】
本品为无色的澄明液体。
【鉴别】
取本品适量，照维生素Ｂ1项下的鉴别试验，显相同的反应。
【检查】
pH值 应为2.5 ～4.0 （附录Ⅵ H）。 其他 应符合注射剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ B）。
【含量测定】
精密量取本品适量（约相当于维生素Ｂ1 50mg ），置200ml 量瓶 中，加水稀释至刻度，摇匀，精密量取5ml ，置100ml 量瓶中，加盐酸溶液(9→1000) 稀释至刻度，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A），在246nm的波长处测定吸收度，按C12H17Cl N4OS.HCl的吸收系数（Ｅ1% 1cm）为421计算，即得。
