【鉴别】
取本品，照维生素k项下的鉴别(1)、(2)项试验，显相同的结果。
【检查】
pH值 应为5.0 ～6.5 （附录Ⅵ H）。 其他 除澄明度检查可允许微显浑浊外，应符合注射剂项下有关的各项规定（附录 Ⅰ B）。
【含量测定】
照高效液相色谱法（附录Ⅴ D）测定。避光操作。 色谱条件与系统适用性试验 用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂；以无水乙醇－乙 醚(95:5)为流动相；检测波长为254nm 。理论板数按维生素K峰计算应不低于1500。 测定法 取维生素K对照品约10mg，精密称定，置10ml量瓶中，加流动相适量， 强烈振摇，使溶解并稀释至刻度，摇匀。精密量取1ml ，置另一10ml量瓶中，用流动相 稀释至刻度，摇匀，作为对照品溶液；精密量取本品适量（约相当于维生素K10mg） ，置10ml量瓶中，用流动相稀释至刻度，摇匀，精密量取1ml ，置另一10ml量瓶中，用 流动相稀释至刻度，摇匀，作为供试品溶液。分别精密量取对照品溶液与供试品溶液各 10μl ，注入液相色谱仪，测定，计算，即得。
