过烧组织
burnt structure

guoshao zuzhi过烧组织(burnt strueture)锭坯加热不当造成的钢材内部缺陷之一。因加热温度很高、时间很长、锭坯内部除出现过热组织、晶粒粗大等缺陷外,还发生晶界氧化并在晶界上出现网状分布的氧化物,使晶间结合力大为降低或完全消失。金属过烧后,塑性加工时会沿晶界氧化物开裂,甚至破碎,金属的断口无金属的光泽。过烧的表面呈现鸡爪状和树皮状裂纹,使材料完全报废,无法挽救。含铜钢由于选择性氧化,铜含量富集,更易形成树皮状表面。防止的办法是合理控制加热温度及炉气成分,避免钢的过烧。 (崔峰)
