burnt structure
guoshao zuzhi过烧组织(burnt strueture)锭坯加热不当造成的钢材内部缺陷之一。因加热温度很高、时间很长、锭坯内部除出现过热组织、晶粒粗大等缺陷外，还发生晶界氧化并在晶界上出现网状分布的氧化物，使晶间结合力大为降低或完全消失。金属过烧后，塑性加工时会沿晶界氧化物开裂，甚至破碎，金属的断口无金属的光泽。过烧的表面呈现鸡爪状和树皮状裂纹，使材料完全报废，无法挽救。含铜钢由于选择性氧化，铜含量富集，更易形成树皮状表面。防止的办法是合理控制加热温度及炉气成分，避免钢的过烧。 (崔峰)
