分析了电站锅炉高温再热器中运行近8万小时的12Cr1MoV/R102异种钢接头组织变化及蠕变损伤状况,结果表明母材与不完全重结晶区组织处于中度老化阶段,粗晶区组织老化程度最低;R102钢侧粗晶区硬度明显降低,不完全重结晶区出现软化现象;由于工作应力不高,接头各部位没有出现蠕变损伤。
