Microstructures of 12Cr1MoV/R102 dissimilar steel joints and their creep damages for the reheater after running about 80 000 hours have been analyzed and investigated.
分析了电站锅炉高温再热器中运行近8万小时的12Cr1MoV/R102异种钢接头组织变化及蠕变损伤状况,结果表明母材与不完全重结晶区组织处于中度老化阶段,粗晶区组织老化程度最低;R102钢侧粗晶区硬度明显降低,不完全重结晶区出现软化现象;由于工作应力不高,接头各部位没有出现蠕变损伤。

FEM software ANSYS is used in this paper to simulate the residual stress distribution of the G102 (12CrMoWVTiB)and SUS304(OCrl9Ni9) dissimilar steel joint, and the comparing analysis of the residual stress distribution under several different welding technics is also done.
