Qimen black tea, Qimen congou
西省的景德镇市亦属祁红产区。祁门县产量最多,质量最好,故称“祁红”。祁 红 1875年,黟县人余干臣从福建回籍经商,首先在至德县(今东至县)尧渡街设立红茶庄。仿效“闽红”制法,开始试制红茶获得成功。1876年,余干臣又从至德来到祁门,先后在历口、闪里等地设立红茶分庄。与此同时,胡元龙在祁门开设日顺茶庄,试制红茶,也获得成功。1915年祁红在巴拿马举行的“万国博览会”上展出,曾荣获金质奖章。1980年、1985年两次获中华人民共和国金质奖章。祁红条形紧细匀秀,色泽鲜润.毫色金黄,入口醇和,回味隽厚.具有特殊的类似玫瑰花的甜香。在国际市场上主销英国,其次是荷兰,联邦德国,丹麦、瑞士、瑞典、法国、澳大利亚、爱尔兰、芬兰、意大利.新加坡、美国等国家和地区。鲜叶采摘标准以及初制和精制的操作技术与其它工夫红茶基本相同。祁红高香品质风格的形成,由祁红地区的生态环境条件和当地茶树品种所育成的优质鲜叶所决定,加之做工精细,特别是以烘焙技术上的火功掌握见长,更使祁红具有独特风格。 (田兴安)鸳蚕糕羁影淤釜孟黔
