做法:
1.鸡肉洗净,抹干水切小粒,加入1茶匙鲜酱油脑10分钟。
2.杂菜放人滚水中煲粘,约需10分钟,捞起用清水冲一冲,
滴干水。
3.薯仔去皮,洗净切厚片,盛于碟上蒸20分钟至粘,取起趁热搓成薯蓉,加入薯蓉调味搅匀,冷后可以蒸热。
4.用雪糕壳盛薯蓉于壳内,倒在碟上,成雪糕球模样。
5.下油一汤匙,放下鸡肉炒至将熟,放下调味及杂菜煮至鸡肉熟,埋芡,淋在薯蓉上即成。
