制法:
1. 洋菜粉放入锅中,加入四杯水煮溶,再加入糖使化开;
加入牛奶、杏仁粉调匀,稍凉后倒入模型冷却,即成杏
仁豆腐。
2. 水梨削皮、去核,磨成泥状。
3. 将杏仁豆腐切成丁状(或任何你喜欢的形状)置入小碗
中,淋上水梨果泥与果糖(或蜂蜜)即可食用。
评价:口感清脆、多汁的水梨,自古就被当作润肺圣品,经
常用于医药中。可生津、润燥、清热、化痰等。杏仁
也同样有益于肺脏,止咳、去痰等都少不了它。杏仁
豆腐是历史悠久的传统点心,通常会在糖水中加入各
色果丁(如水蜜桃等什锦水果)。这里用梨汁来代
替,让果香更浓郁、口感更滑顺,也能达到彻底的润
肺窈窕功效。
