材料:素香片(素鸡)300公克 西芹150公克(或小黄瓜丝)

调味料:油3汤匙 甜面酱1汤匙 酱油膏1/2汤匙 番茄酱1/4汤匙 高汤1/3碗 淀粉水1/2汤匙 香油1/2汤匙

作法:

1、西芹切丝铺盘底,素香片切丝。

2、锅热入油,先将调味料调煮好,再倒入素香片翻炒均匀即可起锅放于西芹丝上,食用前拌匀即可。

注:

1、可用油饼、春卷皮包食口味特殊。

2、素香片可改用素肉丝,或豆腐干切丝。
