原料: 原 料:
原料:大白菜心200克,青、红椒1只,生姜5克,鸡腿菇10克,牛肉10克。调料:花生油10克,盐3克,味精1克,白糖1克,湿适量。
制法: (1)大白菜洗净切条,红椒切粒,鸡腿菇,牛肉切粒,生姜去皮切米。
(2)锅内烧水,待水开时,投入白菜烫至软身,起滴净水。
(3)另烧锅下油,放入姜米,鸡腿菇粒,红椒粒,牛肉粒炒香,加入大白菜,注入清汤,调入盐味精,白糖,用中火烧透,下湿生粉勾芡即成。
特点: 大白菜要选用嫩的部分,烧时不宜太久
