【鉴别】

【检查】
溶液的澄清度 取本品5 瓶，分别按标示量加水制成每1ml中含10mg的溶液， 溶液应澄清；如显浑浊，与1 号浊度标准液（附录Ⅸ B）比较，均不得更深。 干燥失重 取本品，在105 ℃干燥至恒重，减失重量不得过0.8 ％（附录Ⅷ L）。 酸度、有关物质、杂质吸收度、热原、异常毒性与无菌 照盐酸四环素项下的方法检查， 均应符合规定。 其他 应符合注射剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ B）。
【含量测定】
取装量差异项下的内容物，精密称取适量，照盐酸四环素项下的方 法测定。 供试品如含维生素Ｃ，配制标准品溶液时应按处方加等量的维生素Ｃ。
