鱼肝油酸钠注射液 鱼肝油酸钠注射液 拼音名：Yuganyousuanna Zhusheye 英文名：Sodium Morrhuate Injection 书页号：2000年版二部－414 本品为鱼肝油中各种脂肪酸钠盐的灭菌水溶液。含鱼肝油酸钠应为标示量的93.0％ ～107.0 ％。 本品可加适量的苯甲醇。
【性状】
本品为黄色或棕黄色的澄明液体；遇光能变质。
【鉴别】
(1) 取碘值项下的氯仿液5ml ，置水浴上蒸发至1ml ，加硫酸1 滴，即 显红色，瞬即变为棕红色。 (2) 本品显钠盐的火焰反应（附录Ⅲ）。
【检查】
酸碱度 取本品5ml ，加中性乙醇（对酚酞指示液显中性）5ml 与酚酞 指示液2 滴后，如不显红色，加氢氧化钠滴定液(0.1mol/L)0.5ml,应显淡红色；如显红色， 加盐酸滴定液(0.1mol/L)0.3ml ，应褪色。 碘值 取含量测定项下的石油醚提取液，在60℃蒸干后，置五氧化二磷干燥器中， 减压干燥12小时，精密称定脂肪酸的重量，加适量的氯仿使溶解并定量稀释成100ml ， 精密量取25ml，依法测定（附录Ⅶ H），碘值应不低于130 。 其他 应符合注射剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ B）。
【含量测定】
精密量取本品适量（约相当于鱼肝油酸钠0.5g），置分液漏斗中， 加石油醚25ml，再精密加硫酸滴定液(0.05mol/L)25ml,振摇，静置俟分层，分取酸层， 石油醚层用水振摇洗涤2 次，每次10ml，洗液并入酸液中，加甲基橙指示液1 滴，用氢 氧化钠滴定液(0.1mol/L)滴定。每1ml硫酸滴定液(0.05mol/L) 相当于32.40mg 的鱼肝 油酸钠。
