      具有多余约束的结构,又称超静定结构。多余约束是指在静定结构上附加的约束。每个多余约束都带来一个多余未知广义力,使广义力的总数超过了所能列出的独立平衡方程的总数,超出的数目称为结构的静不定度或静不定次数。图为静不定结构的示例,图中的a可看成由一悬臂梁和一个约束支点组成的结构,由于悬臂梁是静定的,而约束支点带来一个垂直方向的未知力,所以这个结构是一度静不定结构;图中的b是在静定双支点梁上附加一个约束支点的结构,所以也是一度静不定结构;图中的c则是一个三度静不定结构,因为它是在悬臂梁上附加一个固支端构成的,该固支端提供一个水平约束、一个垂直约束和一个转动约束。求解静不定结构问题不能单凭平衡方程,还必须考虑结构的变形。求解的方法主要有力法和位移法。
