The planar elastic-plastic stress analysis model along rolling direction was built by microtomy, and united with finite element numerical simulation technology to simulate the continuous casting process of Q235G slab, and then the stress change law of slab during bending process obtained.
以某钢厂2号板坯连铸机结晶器至二冷顶弯段末的铸坯为研究对象,采用切片法建立沿拉坯方向上铸坯的二维纵断面弹塑性应力分析模型,并结合有限元数值模拟技术,对Q235G钢连铸坯的连铸过程进行数值仿真,获得顶弯过程中铸坯内的应力变化规律。

Yield strength, tensile strength, hot ductility and plastic modulus of Q235G slab with temperature were measured in the temperature range of 600~1300℃ by the hot tensile test technique with Gleeble-1500D system.
Q235G钢连铸坯的高温塑性模量随测试温度降低而增大,且塑性模量值较小,铸坯可以承受较大的均匀塑性变形。
