原料
番薯1个,花生半碗,红枣6颗,姜1片,冰片糖、水适量。
做法
1、花生洗净浸泡30分钟,然后洗净、切块、用清水浸泡去胶质,最后用清水洗净。
2、煮开大半锅水,放入花生、红枣和姜片,再煮15分钟。
3、加入番薯块,煮15分钟左右,直到番薯块变软。
4、加入冰片糖调味(最好是冰片糖,若用冰糖、白糖也行)。
