| 感应炉 induction furnace 利用物料的感应电热效应而使物料加热熔化的电炉。感应炉采用的交流电源有工频(50或60赫)、中频(50~10000赫)和高频(高于10000赫)3种。感应炉的主要部件有感应器、炉体、电源、电容和控制系统等。在感应炉中的交变电磁场作用下,物料内部产生涡流而发热熔化。在这种交变磁场的搅拌作用下,炉中熔体的成分和温度均较均匀,熔炼温度可达1650℃。感应炉除能在大气中熔炼外,还能在真空和氩、氖等保护气氛中熔炼,以满足特殊质量的要求。感应炉在熔炼软磁合金、高阻合金、铂族合金、耐热、耐蚀、耐磨合金以及纯金属方面具有突出的优点。感应炉通常分为有芯感应炉和无芯感应炉两类。有芯感应炉有铁芯穿过感应器,用工频电源供电,主要用于各种铸铁、黄铜、青铜、锌等金属的熔炼和保温,电效率达90%以上,能利用废炉料,熔炼成本低,最大炉容达270吨。无芯感应炉无铁芯穿过感应器,分为工频感应炉、三倍频感应炉、发电机组中频感应炉、可控硅中频感应炉、高频感应炉。 |
