通心粉猪扒
用料：通心粉或螺壳粉1/3杯，元骨猪扒2件，青豆1汤匙，鸡汤1杯（鱼汤或肉汤均可）。腌料：鲜酱油1茶匙，糖1/4茶匙，盐1用茶匙，生粉1茶匙，油1汤匙。做法：1．通心粉或螺壳粉放人滚水中煲7分钟，熄火泡5分钟捞起（小粒的通心粉只要煲5分钟）。
2．猪扒洗净抹干水，用刀拍松，加腌料腌20分钟，下油煎熟，铲起切小块儿。
3．把鸡汤煲滚，放下通心粉。青豆煲滚，下少许盐调味，倒入碗内，放下猪扒即成。说明：
猪扒要买薄身无骨的较适宜，俗称“肉眼扒”，煎熟切小块儿，使小孩子容易咀嚼。
