针对低粘度液化燃油(如液化石油气、二甲醚等)在高压燃油泵柱塞偶件环形缝隙中存在较严重燃油泄漏的问题,提出了定量分析其燃油泄漏的数学模型与计算方法;以液化燃油二甲醚为例,运用有限元分析软件,对高压燃油泵柱塞的变形及其偶件配合面环带间隙中的燃油泄漏,进行了液固耦合计算分析,提出了解决低粘度液化燃油泄漏问题的技术措施。
