性质:在以粉晶样收集衍射数据基础上进行的晶体结构解析称作粉晶结构测定。粉晶结构测定在衍射实验数据收集方法上,较单晶法单纯,如样品为粉晶、粉晶衍射仪只涉及2θ角的转动等。其结构分析原理与单晶法相同,其结构分析步骤与单晶法相似,先需进行衍射线的指标化并导出晶系、晶胞参数、根据系统消光确定空间群、结合晶体密度导出化学组成、分子数。然后以衍射强度为依据、结合模型导出原子坐标,再继以结构精修。粉晶法一般只限于独立结构参数少的晶体。如属D2n1空间群的超导相YBa2Cu3O7-d结构虽甚复杂,但独立原子坐标参数只有5个,可用粉晶法进行结构测定。
