Electrical penetration graph (EPG) investigation showed that the secreting (E1) and sucking (E2) times of tea aphid stylet in tea phloem were much longer than that on non host plants such as soybean and wheat.

对Naegeli报道的以β-紫罗兰酮为原料经乙酸异丙烯酯酯交换、硼氢化钠还原成逆紫罗兰醇再环化合成茶螺烷的方法进行了改进,改进后的合成方法反应副产物巨豆三烯含量从15%降至4%,反应时间明显缩短,茶螺烷的收率从75%提高至84。

Epoxidation of dihydroβionol using 30% H2O2 and acetic anhydrideformic acid, followed by cyclization and dehydration in the presence of potassium bisulfate obtained a mixture of theaspirane and 6methylene theaspirane (55∶45), which was isomerized with potassium tertbutoxide in tertbutyl alcohol.
二氢 β 紫罗兰酮经KBH4还原成二氢 β 紫罗兰醇,经30%H2O2/醋酐 甲酸环氧后环化脱水,得质量比为55∶45的茶螺烷和6 亚甲基茶螺烷混和物,经叔丁醇钾异构化,6h后达平衡,平衡值为m(茶螺烷):m(6 亚甲基茶螺烷)=70∶30。
