Synthesis of theaspirane from β-ionone reported by Naegeli was improved.
对Naegeli报道的以β-紫罗兰酮为原料经乙酸异丙烯酯酯交换、硼氢化钠还原成逆紫罗兰醇再环化合成茶螺烷的方法进行了改进,改进后的合成方法反应副产物巨豆三烯含量从15%降至4%,反应时间明显缩短,茶螺烷的收率从75%提高至84。

Epoxidation of dihydroβionol using 30% H2O2 and acetic anhydrideformic acid, followed by cyclization and dehydration in the presence of potassium bisulfate obtained a mixture of theaspirane and 6methylene theaspirane (55∶45), which was isomerized with potassium tertbutoxide in tertbutyl alcohol.
二氢 β 紫罗兰酮经KBH4还原成二氢 β 紫罗兰醇,经30%H2O2/醋酐 甲酸环氧后环化脱水,得质量比为55∶45的茶螺烷和6 亚甲基茶螺烷混和物,经叔丁醇钾异构化,6h后达平衡,平衡值为m(茶螺烷):m(6 亚甲基茶螺烷)=70∶30。
