1 iliang qiju xinehanPin dingxi叩Jianding-计t器具新产品定型鉴定(钾杖emevaluationof~~面nginstn刀neni)对全国范围内从未生产过的，或对原有产品在结构、性能、材质、技术特征等方面做了重大改进的计量器具的计量性能进行的一种全面审查和考核。 在中国，凡制造全国范围内从未生产过的计量器具，都必须在新产品试制阶段以及小批量试生产后，向有关政府计量行政部门申请新产品“定型鉴定”和“型式批准”。政府计量行政部门委托计量技术机构作定型鉴定试验，对所提供的有关技术资料进行审查和对一台或多台的计量器具样机进行全性能试验。确定计量器具在正常使用环境条件范围内的测量性能，模拟运输、储存、干扰等非正常条件下其测t性能不被降低的能力和在使用时其测量性能稳定可靠的程度及其寿命等。定型鉴定合格后，由政府计t行政部门进行型式批准。 定型鉴定是政府计量行政部门对计量器具新产品所进行的一种法制管理。制造单位对计量器具新产品所作的试验不能代替政府计量行政部门委托的技术机构对计量器具新产品的定型鉴定。计量器具新产品的定型鉴定在国际上是一种通行做法。国际法制计t组织(OIML)制定了第19号国际文件《型式评定和型式批准》，其中的型式评定就是中国计量法中的定型鉴定。 (赵若江)
