Response Surface Methodology(RSM) based on a three-level,three variable Box-Behnken design(BBD) was used to optimize the separation of L-ascorbic acid(L-AA) and D-isoascorbic acid(D-IAA) by capillary electrophoresis,with respect to important variables,namely,buffer pH values,buffer concentrations and operating voltages.
采用三因素三水平的Box-Behnken设计,利用响应曲面法对影响毛细管电泳分离维生素C及异维生素C的主要影响因素(缓冲溶液的pH、浓度和分离电压)进行研究,以两种维生素C的分离度为响应函数,建立了相应的数学模型,得到了它们的最佳分离条件为:50 mM的三羟基甲基氨基甲烷-盐酸电泳缓冲液,pH=7。
