性质: 含有一定量钛的钢。钛和碳、氮、氧都有极强的亲和力,钛在钢中主要以碳化物的形态存在,它是良好的脱氧去气剂及固定碳、氮的有效元素。钛可细化钢的组织和晶粒,并能提高晶粒粗化温度至1000℃以上。由于钛和碳之间的亲和力大于铬与碳,故用来消除不锈钢的晶间腐蚀。钛是强铁素体形成元素,强烈提高A1及A3。固溶的钛可提高淬透性,也可强化铁素体。钛在钢中的含量很低,当钛>0.025%时即认为是合金元素。
