主料：面粉
辅料：雪菜、猪肉末、冬笋、冬菇、姜
调料：盐、鸡精、蚝油、白糖
烹制方法：
1、面粉加温水和成面团，饧发透备用；
2、肉末中加入雪菜末、冬笋末、冬菇末、盐、鸡精、蚝油、白糖、姜末调制成馅；
3、和好的面包入馅逐个制成生煎馒头坯，锅上火倒油，放入馒头小火煎5分钟，烹入水加盖焖3分钟即可；
特点：鲜香多汁，色泽金黄。
