| 流注 发生于肌肉深部的转移性多发性脓肿。病名始见于明代《仙传外科集验方》，《外科正宗》也有较详细的论述。流注多因毒邪内侵，当气血虚弱之时，流窜不定，致使肢体深部发病，肌肉组织结块或漫肿；有单发和多发，久而成脓，溃后脓尽可愈，或此愈彼发。可分为暑湿流注、湿疾流注、瘀血流注、关节流注及髂窝流注等。临床特点为漫肿疼痛，皮色如常，好发于四肢躯干肌肉丰厚处的深部，容易走窜，发病急骤，溃后易敛，具有外科阳证的基本特性。内治以清热解毒，和营通络为主，方用黄连解毒汤合五神汤加减，若溃脓后气血两虚者，宜益气养阴、和胃化浊法调养之。外治，初期可用金黄膏外敷；溃脓期先用八二丹，脓净改用生肌散。护理上忌食鱼腥、辛辣刺激性食物。 |
