水注 水注 病名。肾虚受邪，不能通传水液，致水气外散内渍，身体虚肿，腹内鼓胀。为九注之一。出《诸病源候论·水注候》：“人肾虚受邪，不能通传水液故也。肾与膀胱合，俱主水，膀胱为津液之府，肾气下通于阴，若肾气平和，则能通传水液，若虚则不能通传，脾与胃合，俱主土，胃为水谷之海，脾候身之肌肉，土性本克水，今肾不能通传则水气盛溢，致令脾胃翻弱不能克水，故水气流散四肢，内渍五藏，令人身体虚肿，腹内鼓胀，淹滞积久，乍瘥乍甚，故谓之水注。”参见九注条。
