性质:又称川牛膝甾酮。无色针状结晶(由甲醇中结晶)。熔点164~166℃。旋光度[α]D+64.5°(c=8.6,吡啶)。存在于苋科植物川牛膝(Cyathula of-ficinalis Kuan)的根、百合科植物延龄草(Trilliumtschonoskii Maxim.)的根茎中。具有雌激素活性,未成熟大鼠口服一定剂量后子宫重量增加,但对卵巢重量影响不大。对棉叶虫的发育各阶段显示昆虫蜕皮活性,提示可用于控制植物害虫的可能性。
