A kind of gasification briquette with high hot and cold strength and properties of water proof, good thermal stability and other quality indexes meeting the requirement of coal gasification is developed using Hebi meager lean coal as raw material and organic and inorganic complex binder and by processes of cold molding and heat drying.
以鹤壁矿区贫煤和贫瘦煤为原料,采用有机—无机复合型粘结剂、冷成型、热烘干工艺,开发出具有冷热强度高、防水性能好、热稳定性好、其他质量指标满足气化用煤要求的气化型煤,进行了200 t级工业化试生产,取得原料本地化突破性进展。

补充资料：配型煤炼焦
扩大炼焦煤源的炼焦方法之一。将一部分煤料加入粘结剂压制成型，然后将型煤同散状煤料按一定比例配合进行炼焦。配型煤炼焦能改善煤料的粘结性，提高焦炭强度。采用配型煤炼焦的方法,可以在煤料中多配10～15％的气煤，而不致降低焦炭质量。
