Jiaoh】huoyan hanbu焦炉火焰焊补(flame gunning for coke oVen) 将熔融的耐火粉料喷粘到炉墙损坏处的一种焦炉氧\ 。一二乙炔\一互招 眯f港一/产一长三岁,淤{不牛11人一卜祥一卜比J’乒蔽于二二不东二 尹产尹.之琪聋‘2。二川一——一丫一一 广琐夕州小车/‘皿北{立 __1弋沪长 执~O。合俘二二二二一 水}l 嘴·)\ 一人广寸二控‘u箱 焦炉火焰焊补工艺系统图砌休中修和小修方法。焦沪炉体热修,过去一直采用抹补和喷补等湿式补炉法。甩湿法补炉时,补炉料层粘结{时间短,泥料中的水分会使炉墙温度降低、炉墙损坏。i20世纪70年代以来,英国、日本、苏联和中国等国家都开发了焦炉火焰焊补技术。其机理是:高温火焰喷射寻到焦炉砌体损伤部位时,将该处快速加热至软化熔融{状态;同时,喷射的耐火粉料在火焰中形成隐晶质一微晶玻璃质体,与砌体损伤面牢固粘结,损伤部位即被修复。在显微镜下观察,焊补层与砖层之间为物理结合,无化学反应物生成,界面清楚。因而不破坏原砌体表面结构,并且粘结牢固,对原砌体表面具有较好的{保护作用。焦炉火焰焊补适用于修理炭化室墙面剥蚀、碎裂、凹陷和孔洞以及较宽的裂缝等缺陷;也可用于中修后新旧墙面衔接处的联结。火焰焊补时不降低炉墙表面温度,对原砌体损伤不大,所以焦炉火焰焊补技术的应用日趋广泛。中国已有十几家大中型焦化厂i使用火焰焊补技术,许多炭化室墙面的焊补层的保持时间已达到4年以上,修理效果大大超过了湿法补炉。 设备焦炉火焰焊补设备由焊枪、控制箱、隔热_门和墙面清扫器以及燃气、氧气和冷却水供应系统组{成。(见图)燃气(乙炔或液化石油气)和氧气在焊枪之的混合器中混合后,由喷嘴喷出燃烧,形成焊补火焰;二焊补用的耐火材料由氧气从控制箱内的供料罐中带{出,从焊枪喷嘴与燃气同时喷出,在相互交织中向前鑫移动,耐火粉料在与火焰的相互交织中被加热到软化·熔融状态而粘结在损伤的墙面上,在火焰的再次加热i下,牢固地熔结在破损的砌体上。因为焊枪是在炉内高温条件下操作,燃气与氧气又是在焊枪的输气管中预先混合,所以焊枪必须用水连续冷却。;操作步骤在焊补前,先将待修墙面清理干净,以使焊补层与砌体损伤面之间能牢固结合,从而延长喷补层保持时间。焊补在出焦后的空炉室中进行。为使炉温不大幅度下降,并减少辐射热对操作人员的影响,在焊补之前先放置隔热门,焊枪由隔热门的预留孔插入炉内,然后进行操作。 (I杨开莲}彭降枯)
