对FIB无掩膜注入单晶硅衬底的注入效果与离子束流、注入剂量的关系进行研究发现,以固定能量注入的离子,当注入剂量恒定,离子浓度随深度的分布与离子束流大小无关;当离子束流恒定,注入离子的表面浓度随注入剂量的增加而增加,但是由于FIB注入的同时会刻蚀材料表面,注入剂量达到饱和值后,会造成材料一定程度的减薄。

(术语)五果之一。从善因生善果,从恶因生恶果,从无记因生无记果也。例如从前念之不善心生后念之不善心或不善业也。果性似因性而流出,故云等流果。又等流为等同流类之义,因果之性同类,故云等流。旧译谓之习果。对于因,则六因中由同类因与遍行因而生者曰等流果。唯识论二曰:“等流果,果似因故。”俱舍论六曰:“等流果,似自因法,名等流果。谓似同类遍行二因。”唯识述记二末曰:“等谓相似,流谓流类。”
