说明:本酒据药理实验,有抗菌、抗过敏,促进胆汁排泄等作用。梅子味极酸,多食易损齿。胃酸过多者不宜食,外感咳嗽、湿热泻痢等邪盛者亦忌用。

- 青梅酒 -

配方:尚未熟透的青梅若干,白酒适量。

制作方法:将青梅洗净,放置大口瓶中,倒入50度好白酒,以浸没青梅,约高出3~5厘米为度,加盖密封,浸泡1个月后,即可食用。

功效与主治:清热解暑,生津和胃,止痢止泻,止痛止呕。用于夏季痧气,腹痛吐泻(包括夏季肠炎、食物中毒性胃肠病等)

服法:饮服适量青梅酒,或吃酒浸的青梅1~2个。

说明:此酒以越陈越好。可以代替十滴水,也可以外用。
