香醋猪蹄

原料:猪手1只,老醋1小支,老姜1块,辣椒干、酱油、蒜米、糖(冰糖更好)适量。

做法:1、猪手去毛,砍块,下水煮去血水,洗净。2、姜切大块拍扁,和猪手块一起下锅炒(免油),开始泛油的时候加蒜米(整粒)、辣椒干,少许酱油和半支醋煮滚。3、加水没过所有材料,煮至猪蹄糜烂,加糖,试味,不够酸加醋。
