The objective of this work was to understand the locations of Eu ion doped in Mg_xZn_(1-x)O nanocrystals and the role of Eu on the microstructure and optical properties of doped Mg_xZn_(1-x)O hexagonal nanocrystals.
XPS结果表明Mg_xZn_(1-x)O六方纳米晶已经形成,并且纳米晶中既有Eu2+又有Eu3+,但它们的含量都很低。
