原料:
茄子一个、唐芹一根、蒜、已调味的肉沫。
做法:
1、茄子洗净后,从中间开一刀.这样快熟。
2、当水煮开后,把茄子放进锅里用大火蒸10~15分钟至淋熟。
3、茄子蒸好后倒出多余的水份。
4、当油热后把所有的配料爆香。然后将(调味料:上汤.酱油.白醋(少量).辣椒酱.糖.麻油.生粉水)倒入煮滚。
5、酱汁煮滚后加入唐芹。
6、把酱汁、熟油、放入拌匀即可。
