  1 ionZho连轧(eontinuous rolling)在串列式轧机上,一根轧件同时在两个或两个以上的机架中以相等的金属秒体积流量进行的连续轧制,简称连轧。告影藉一 连续轧制 为使连轧过程能顺利进行,应满足力学、变形及运动学等基本条件。力学条件为各轧机间的张力q应等于常数,记作 q~C式中C可为正、负或零值,分别表示q为张力、负张力即推力或零张力即既无张力也无推力。变形条件为轧件在每一架轧机的金属秒体积流量必须相等,即 气bivi~V式中h、b、v分别为轧件厚度、宽度和速度;i为轧机序号;V为金属秒体积流量。运动学条件为第i架轧机出口处轧件速度vi卜应等于第:+l架轧机人口处轧件速度认、、,H,即 百ih二V+l,H (赵以相)
