Mold flux films were made after molten slag was cooled to room temperature in graphite crucible at 2℃/min in MoSi_2 high temperature resisting furnace, and the crystalline phases were analysed by petrographic microscope.

本文通过在保护渣中添加少量Li_2O和B_2O_3,结合岩相和扫描电镜能谱分析,研究了其对含稀土氧化物保护渣结晶矿物组成的影响,得到如下结论:(1)稀土氧化物可以促进保护渣中枪晶石析出,抑制玻璃相形成,增大保护渣析晶率;(2)当稀土氧化物含量达到一定数值,在保护渣结晶矿物中可以形成稀土硅酸钙相,稀土氧化物继续增加,会有未溶稀土氧化物固态质点出现;(3)保护渣中加入少量B_2O_3和Li_2O,可以促进硅灰石析出并抑制枪晶石形成,也可以有效抑制高熔点稀土硅酸钙形成,防止渣膜形成过程中过早析出高熔点物相。
