【荸荠豆腐粥】
用料：荸荠60克，豆腐150克，芹菜100克，杏仁（罐头）20克，大米200克，姜丝3克，蒜片10克，精盐2克，味精3克，香油3克，胡椒粉1克。
制法：①将荸荠洗净，去皮，切成小块；豆腐切成小块；芹菜洗净，切成碎末；大米淘洗干净，备用。
②锅内加水适量，放入大米煮粥，五成熟时加入荸荠块、豆腐块、芹菜末、杏仁、姜丝、蒜片、精盐，再煮至粥熟，调入味精、香油、胡椒粉即成。
每日1剂，分2次服完，可长期服用。
功效：荸荠有清热解毒、清风化疾等功效。豆腐有清热解毒、滋阴润燥等功效。芹菜有平肝清热、祛风利湿等功效。杏仁有润肠通便、止咳平喘等功效。四者合煮食，可用于治疗心血管疾病等。
适应症：高脂血症等。
