电磁屏蔽复合材料eleetroma即ic shieldi雌。om-posite materials解决电磁干扰、射频干扰和信息防窃的功能复合材料。由于电磁波吸收率依赖于材料的导电率,因此利用具有一定导电性的复合材料,可以满足电磁屏蔽的需要。以高分子材料为基体,填充导电材料可构成适合用于电磁屏蔽的复合材料。它具有使用性能好、成型工艺简单和成本低的优点,成为当前国际上电子材料研究的热点。 电磁屏蔽复合材料有两种类型。 ①填充导电体的型式,而填料形成的导电体网络是提供屏蔽功能的基本要素。这种电磁屏蔽复合材料通常由绝缘性能良好的热塑性高分子(如ABS、PC、PP、PE、PVC、PBT、PA及它们的改性和共混的树脂)和导电性填料(如炭黑、铝片粉、金属纤维及表面金属化的有机和无机纤维)及其他添加物复合而成。其屏蔽效果为40一60dB。现致力于探索导电填料的组合效应,以便降低填充量,改善加工性能,提供屏蔽效果整体均一的电磁屏蔽复合材料。电子设备的数据传输通常采用视显示方式,如计算机的终端显示器、监示器、仪表的图显和数显,都要求透明而能阻隔电磁波的材料,即所谓安全屏蔽窗材料。它由两层或多层玻璃(或有机玻璃),其中引入直径0.05mm以下的金属丝织物或表面金属化的导电纤维织物,或以透明导电膜为中间层复合而成。这种屏蔽复合材料透光率为40一70%,透视文字和图表清晰,没有畸变,屏蔽效果为50一80dB。可满足军事和“信息防窃”设备中应用。 ②用金属丝与无机或有机纤维的混纺纱制成织物作为电磁波反射体,并在表面上用树脂或SMC预浸料加压复合制成片材或构件。在12 GHz频率下,其反射系数为O.99(以铝的反射系数为1),表面电阻系数为0.2品/c mZ。这类反射型的复合材料虽然主要用于无线通信天线的电磁波反射装置,但也可用作计算机、传真机、复印机等电子设备的电磁波的屏蔽板。 (于翘)
