【酪氨酸酶】(tyrosinase)又称“多酚氧化酶”。以铜离子为辅基的氧化酶。可催化含酚基的化合物(如酪氨酸、酚类等)氧化成醌类,再经一系列脱水、聚合等作用生成黑色物质,如催化酪氨酸氧化最终可形成黑色素。广泛存在于生物界,与动植物的黑色素形成有关。在三废处理中,用以检出废水中极微量的酚。
