The disintegrating potato residue ability of Aspergillus oryzae,Aspergillus niger and Trichoderma viride were studied in this article.
结果表明:1)微生物分解马铃薯废渣的机理是:微生物产生的酶系Ⅰ先将马铃薯渣分解为可溶于水的物质,这些物质又在微生物产生的酶系Ⅱ的作用下,分解成微生物可以直接吸收利用的还原糖,供微生物生长繁殖;2)在这3种菌种中,对马铃薯渣分解能力最强的是米曲霉,在72h内能使马铃薯渣完全分解,且粗蛋白质的含量提高了2。

Using potato residue from potato starch production as main material,the solid-fermentation of bacterial protein feeds by Aspergillus niger 2103,Geotrichum candidum 31348 and Candida tropicalis 1254 was optimized.
以马铃薯淀粉生产中产生的废渣为主要原料,以黑曲霉、白地霉和热带假丝酵母为发酵菌种,优化了马铃薯薯渣固态发酵生产菌体蛋白饲料的发酵工艺,初步确定了薯渣固态发酵的适宜条件,即采用自然pH值,物料质量比(薯渣:麸皮)为90:10(w/w),发酵温度32℃,发酵时间66h,在此条件下发酵饲料中粗蛋白含量较高。
