补充资料:铍铜在模具上的应用
纯铜的机械性能一般,即使通过冷轧或成形,也不能达到模具材料的要求,一般当作辅助材料使用。作为制造模具材料,铜合金最重要的性能在于其优良的热传递性能和延展性,可以快速安全地抵消由于不均匀解热产生的应力。良好的导热性能,可以缩小型腔壁和冷却道的温度差,在相同的冷却能力下,铍铜合金模具保证注塑产品质量的情况下获得更高的注塑制品产量。铍铜合金也适合成型表面质量要求较高的注塑制品。在如今使用的青铜中,常用作扎制的铍青铜合金有CuBe-2和CuCoBe,用作铸造合金的铍青铜合金有CuBe2.7、CuBe2和CuCoBe。
