对1 4 0 mm双流水平连铸机结晶器铍钴铜套腐蚀裂纹作了宏观检查与金相分析 ,并进行了冷却水水质对铜套裂纹影响的试验 ,结果表明 ,Cu Co2 Be是一种对应力腐蚀敏感的合金 ,采取防应力腐蚀措施 ,控制冷却水 p H值及铁离子含量 ,可有效防止铜套裂纹的产生。
