硼钢 boron steel 以硼为主要合金化元素的钢。又称硼处理钢。能改善钢的某些性能。硼在钢中的作用主要是提高钢的淬透性,其次可提高耐热钢的高温强度,蠕变强度,改善高速钢的红硬性和刀具的切削能力。硼还有很强的中子吸收能力,故原子能用钢也常加入硼。硼的淬透性效果(淬火时淬硬层的深浅)与钢中的含硼量、含碳量及钢的奥氏体化温度有关。最佳含硼量约0.0010% ,过低或过高均不能产生最佳效果。通常随着含碳量的增加,硼的作用降低。在最佳奥氏体化温度下,硼的淬透性效果最大。硼钢主要作为结构钢使用。此外,还可用作弹簧钢、低合金高强度钢、冷变形钢、耐磨钢、耐热钢、原子能用钢等。 |
