The article presents the improvement of self-development chlorinator to solve many problems in trial-production,such as leakage of melt in chlorination chamber,short life of inner lining refractory material,easier damage of electrode,blockage of oblique-inserted chlorine pipe and deposit of slag in settling chamber.
针对自行研制的氯化器在试生产过程中暴露出的诸多问题,如氯化室熔体渗漏,氯化室内衬耐火材料使用寿命短,导电电极易坏,斜插通氯管出现堵塞,澄清室积渣等,通过分析及多次试验,采用了一种异型、低气孔新材质的耐火材料作为氯化室内衬材料,通过对导电电极、斜插通氯管的结构优化,大胆将氯化室和澄清室底部改用石墨块,较长时期的试生产运行证明,新型炉子的研制是成功的。
